　　中新网银川4月18日电(李润泽) 深耕垄亩为粮忙，妙手治虫把农帮。近日，“讲好‘中国式商量’故事”网络主题采访团来到银川市贺兰县金贵镇蔬菜种植基地，听宁夏回族自治区政协委员，自治区农业技术推广总站植物保护科科长、首席专家刘媛讲述她的履职故事。

　　田间地头现场指导、组织农户集中培训……这都是刘媛日常工作中的一部分。“宁夏农作物病虫草鼠害病虫害有400多种，如果不防治或防治不及时，将严重威胁我区农业生产安全。”刘媛告诉记者，聚焦粮食安全和重要农产品有效供给，防治病虫害是重要环节之一。

　　2021年，刘媛团队监测到宁夏出现了番茄潜叶蛾这一外来入侵物种，它主要危害茄科作物，嗜食番茄，局地危害严重，对番茄安全生产造成严重威胁。

　　自去年开始，刘媛带领工作站的几名委员在贺兰县的蔬菜种植基地提供技术支持，通过色诱、性诱、迷向、光诱和科学安全使用农药等绿色防控技术进行防治，解决了番茄潜叶蛾等病虫害的危害，不仅保障了农户的番茄安全生产，还提高了番茄产量。

　　在专注于防治病虫害的同时，刘媛的团队还致力于蔬菜病虫害的农药减量增效技术的研究。刘媛介绍，这项技术可以使蔬菜在一个生长季节里至少减少3到4次的农药用药量。“近年来，在自治区农业农村厅和自治区农业技术推广总站的支持下，我们集成的主要粮食作物病虫害农药减量增效技术，获得了自治区科技进步奖和全国农牧渔业丰收计划奖，主要蔬菜病虫害全程农药减施增效技术也在大面积推广应用，我觉得我们的工作特别有意义。”在谈及获奖技术时，刘媛脸上露出了欣慰的笑容。

　　作为政协委员，刘媛不仅带领工作站委员送技术到田间解决农户实际问题，同时从做好联系服务、开展学习交流、收集意见建议、凝聚思想共识、解决困点难点五个方面明确目标定位，在不同层级分别结对联系一些思想认识足、积极性高、关心农业发展的界别群众，并通过他们去影响更多的群众，不断扩大委员联系界别群众的广度。

　　“金贵镇这个蔬菜种植基地是我经常送技术下乡的地方，也是自治区政协农业界别委员联系界别群众、以及工作站委员履职的服务点。”作为该工作站的牵头人，刘媛介绍，自2023年8月宁夏回族自治区政协专家委员服务“六特”产业工作站(冷凉蔬菜)挂牌以来，工作站开展技术服务136次，服务市县区27个，服务基地、农业经营主体等56家，组织培训75场次，培训人数1.5万余人次。

　　据了解，2023年8月，宁夏回族自治区政协农业和农村委员会建立三级政协委员服务“六特”产业工作站，分别以葡萄酒、枸杞、牛奶、肉牛、滩羊、冷凉蔬菜“六特”产业为工作站命名，每个工作站由区、市、县(区)级三级共6名政协委员组成，设牵头委员1名，将履职“触角”延伸到群众家门口。工作站建立后，来自各产业领域相关专家委员积极发挥作用，广泛开展“送技术、送服务、送政策”三下乡活动，为群众“零距离”讲解实用技术技巧，为宁夏“六特”产业发展增添新动力。 (完)
