　　近年来，中国运载火箭技术研究院(简称“火箭院”)不断培育发展新质生产力，主动变“绿”、持续造“绿”、布局新“绿”，积极构建绿色制造体系。

　　火箭院践行“以点带面，全面实施”的工作思路，着力推动重点建设单位构建绿色制造体系，聚焦绿色制造标准体系、绿色制造示范引领、绿色管理服务能力等方面，走出一条绿色低碳高质量发展新路子。火箭院所属的北京实验工厂有限责任公司(简称“北京实验工厂”)获评工业产品绿色设计示范企业、入选国家级绿色工厂名单；北京航天万源科技有限公司入选国家级绿色工厂名单，绿色制造体系建设不断取得新进展。

　　绿色力量助推制造业创新发展

　　2016年以来，火箭院以促进全产业链和产品全生命周期绿色低碳发展为目标，以标准体系建设和统计评价体系建设为基础，以院属各单位和下属法人单位为建设主体，推动加快构建高效、清洁、低碳、循环的绿色制造体系。

　　发布《绿色制造体系建设实施方案》等规划设计文件，制定《航天单位绿色低碳基础管理评价要求》等5项绿色标准……火箭院始终坚持总体规划、系统推进的理念，强化总体设计，打出一套绿色制造体系创建工作“组合拳”，取得实实在在的成效。

　　火箭院积极探索工业绿色转型升级之路，聚焦绿色工厂创建，创新服务模式，强化监督管理，开展项目申报，加大政策支持，推动所属企业用能清洁化、生产绿色化、排放低碳化，推动制造业绿色低碳转型和高质量发展。

　　当前，火箭院的制造业图景已是一片“绿意盎然”，建成了一批绿色工厂、绿色车间、绿色生产线、绿色产品、绿色园区、绿色供应链，助推制造业创新发展。

　　绿色设计赋能绿色制造可持续发展

　　火箭院坚持先进制造业高端化、智能化、绿色化、集群化，从产品设计研发阶段就开始将绿色低碳理念植入其中。突破绿色设计关键技术，减少原材料获取、产品使用等阶段的碳排放。一方面降低企业的成本、能耗，另一方面有力提升产品的质量和竞争力。

　　火箭院众多的“明星产品”彰显了高集成、轻量化、长寿命的设计理念：为大功率运载火箭研制的轻量化伺服系统，开展电静压、变频驱动、异构冗余等绿色创新设计，能够减重40%以上；应用异构冗余绿色技术的C919货舱门作动系统，能够随飞机工作30年，实现长寿命指标优化；应用轻小型高功率密度关节驱动技术的外骨骼机器人，持续工作时间增加30%；自主开发的首台套1000型碱性电解制氢系统，完成了严寒环境下的36小时连续运行试验，产出氢气纯度达5N(高纯)标准。

　　绿色创新拓宽绿色制造前进道路

　　从“绿色制造”到“制造绿色”，在火箭院培育发展新质生产力的探索中，科技创新始终发挥着主导作用。

　　在火箭院北京实验工厂的复杂壳体数字化生产线上，工人们只需要将预装好的工件和托盘放在工作站，其余的上下料、换刀、加工等工作均由机器自动完成，实现了全自动化黑灯无人生产，大幅降低人工误差，空间利用率增加30%、原材料节省35%、产品合格率大幅提升。像这样实现“用地集约化、原料无害化、生产洁净化、废物资源化、能源低碳化”的绿色工厂，是火箭院绿色制造的实施主体。

　　此外，瞄准绿色重点领域，火箭院提出一系列科技创新重点任务，充分发挥科技创新对绿色制造的支撑、引领和驱动作用，加强科技创新能力建设和人才培养，广大干部职工的干事创业积极性大幅提高。
