中新网北京4月19日电 (记者 孙自法)中国全功能接入国际互联网30周年高端对话活动，4月19日在中国互联网诞生地——位于北京中关村的中国科学院计算机网络信息中心举办，旨在全面展现中国全功能接入国际互联网30年来，中国网信事业取得的历史性成就、发生的历史性变革，展望未来深远发展前景。
中国科学院原副院长胡启恒院士、中国科学院计算机网络信息中心原副主任钱华林研究员、中国工程院院士吴建平、清华大学电子工程系教授李星是目前先后入选世界“互联网名人堂”的全部4位中国入选者，他们首次聚首，同框合影，共话互联网的过去、现在和未来。
胡启恒表示，中国加入互联网和中国改革开放加入全世界是一致的，中国加入世界使得世界发生了改变，而中国加入互联网，也对世界的互联网起到了很大作用。
吴建平祝愿中国的互联网和国际互联网发展更美好，希望中国在国际互联网未来发展当中有更多话语权、自主权，为人类命运共同体发展作出更大贡献。
钱华林认为，现在互联网已经出乎当时的想象，甚至到每家每户，每个人口袋里都有互联网，给人们生活带来了很大的便利。
李星则提出，“一个世界一个互联网”，一定要保证世界和互联网不要分裂；中国应该为互联网的技术发展和商业模式发展等作出更大贡献；希望中国年轻人更多进入互联网。
当天活动主题为“潮涌网络·向新出发”，中国科学院网信办副主任陈云霁、中央网信办网络传播局局长范小伟、北京市委网信办副主任李德刚、中国科学院计算技术研究所学术委员会主任孙凝晖院士先后致辞。
陈云霁说，1994年4月20日，一条64K的国际专线从中国科学院成功接入国际互联网，标志着中国成为国际互联网大家庭的第77名成员。中国科学院作为互联网领域的先驱者，为互联网发展以及国家科技创新发展等提供了坚实支撑。
他强调，中国科学院要全面提升信息化基础保障能力，持续深化“数字科学院”建设，构建智能感知、多维交互的“科研活动信息网”，建设数据、模型、算力一体化人工智能平台，持续开展“中国科技云”应用创新示范，为中国科学院创新发展打造坚实的“数字底座”，为实现高水平科技自立自强和建设科技强国再立新功，为加快建设网络强国、数字中国作出更大贡献。
孙凝晖指出，新一轮科技革命和产业变革迭代演进，大数据、云计算、工业互联网、区块链、人工智能等迅猛发展，推动经济社会发展进入数字化、网络化、智能化新阶段。
在主旨演讲环节，中国科学院院士郭华东、海淀区委副书记杨仁全、搜狐创始人张朝阳，分别围绕互联网历史成就与未来发展等角度发表演讲。郭华东表示，在互联网时代，中国一定要发展前沿的科学技术，开展广泛的合作，当前大国关系虽然复杂，但是科学家还应该在不同的领域开展广泛合作，为科技发展作出更大贡献。张朝阳说，作为互联网最早期创业者之一，他相信在不断地创新和发展中，中国的互联网将会为世界带来更多的惊喜和贡献。
中国全功能接入国际互联网30周年高端对话活动上，联想集团和京东快递一线员工、科普视频创作者“大V”等代表，作为互联网发展30周年亲历者，分享各自与互联网的故事；“格致论道”等多个网络平台发布“正能量网络传播活动”；中国全功能接入互联网纪念展室举行揭牌仪式；中国全功能接入国际互联网30周年网上主题宣传活动正式启动。
其中，揭牌展室将通过场景复原、实物展示、历史档案等展陈，记录中国早期互联网探索、研究并最终全功能接入国际互联网的历程。主题宣传活动将陆续推出相关系列报道、融媒产品，全景、多维讲好中国入网30年的发展故事。
