　　中新社广州4月22日电 (记者 郭军)记者22日从广东银行业2024年一季度新闻通气会上获悉，截至目前，国家金融监管总局广东监管局辖内银行机构已为两批次房地产融资“白名单”项目提供授信约737亿元(人民币，下同)，已发放184亿元。

　　据悉，该两批项目共245个，项目数和授信规模均居中国各省区前列。

　　今年年初，中国住房和城乡建设部、国家金融监督管理总局发布《关于建立城市房地产融资协调机制的通知》。国家金融监督管理总局广东监管局(以下简称“广东监管局”)党委委员、二级巡视员刘云海在新闻通气会上表示，建立城市房地产融资协调机制，是一项创新举措。对于破解中国房地产融资难题、稳定房地产市场、巩固经济回稳向好态势，具有极其重要的意义。

　　据介绍，该通知下发伊始，广东监管局会同行业主管部门快速搭建起广东省、广州市两级协调机制，各地市陆续建立完善地方细则。广东监管局聚焦重点，建立了“高频调度”“多轮审核”“问题反馈”“重点督导”等“四位一体”工作机制，密切监测机构对“白名单”内项目的融资对接和落地情况，加快推动项目融资落地。

　　在协调机制推动下，一些原本可能停工但已部分销售的项目得到资金支持，有力支持了房地产项目建成交付，为增强居民购房信心、稳定房地产市场发挥了积极作用。

　　广东监管局表示，将抓紧推动后续批次“白名单”项目融资落地，助力房地产企业回归主责主业，建成房、建好房，向新发展模式平稳过渡。

　　据介绍，截至2024年3月末，广东监管局辖内房地产贷款余额5.46万亿元，其中个人住房贷款余额4.13万亿元，均保持正增长。向房地产企业发放的经营性物业贷款余额1872.34亿元，同比增长17.03%。(完)
