　　今天(18日)，记者从国家移民管理局召开的新闻发布会了解到，今年一季度，全国移民管理机构累计查验出入境人员超1.41亿人次，同比上升117.8%。其中：

　　内地居民6954.1万人次、港澳台居民5911.5万人次、外籍人员1307.4万人次，同比分别上升114.9%、100.4%、305.2%。

　　查验出入境交通运输工具735.3万架(列、艘、辆)次，同比上升78.3%。其中：

　　飞机19.4万架次、列车2.4万列次、船舶10.2万艘次、机动车辆703.3万辆次，同比分别上升158.6%、14.2%、15.9%、78.5%。

　　一季度，国家移民管理局推出一系列移民和出入境管理政策措施：

　　不断优化区域性入境免签、过境免签、口岸签证政策；

　　实施便利外国人来华5项措施；

　　扩大部分国家人员免签入境海南事由；

　　支持福建建设两岸融合发展示范区、在西安市和青岛市为符合条件人员签发往来港澳“个人旅游签注”。

　　大力提升移民管理政务服务水平：

　　深入推进“全国通办”“全程网办”，共签发普通护照635.7万本、往来港澳台证件签注2498.7万人次，签发港澳居民来往内地(大陆)通行证72.4万人次，同比分别上升24.1%、30.5%、19.9%；累计签发外国人签证证件46.6万人次、同比上升118.8%，免签入境外国人198.8万人次、同比上升266.1%；

　　国家移民管理机构12367服务平台受理中外人员咨询、意见建议等来电133.5万通，平均满意率达99.2%。

　　据国家移民管理局发言人介绍，今年一季度，外国人来华数量较2023年同期增长3倍多。来华外国人较多的国家中既包括美国、澳大利亚、加拿大、德国、英国等欧美国家，也包括俄罗斯、越南、缅甸、蒙古、老挝等与我毗邻国家，以及韩国、日本、马来西亚、新加坡、泰国等东亚、东南亚等国家。外国人来华以旅游观光最多，占到3成以上，其次为商务、探亲访友、工作、学习等。

　　另外，今年一季度，全国移民管理机构：

　　共侦办妨害国(边)境管理犯罪案件1万余起，抓获犯罪嫌疑人1.4万余人，其中依法采取刑事强制措施1.2万余人、行政查处1785人；查处犯罪团伙213个，捣毁中转窝点53个，查扣涉案交通运输工具377辆(艘)。

　　依法查处非法入境、非法居留、非法就业外籍人员2.3万人，依照法律规定分别给予警告、罚款、行政拘留、限期出境等处罚，对其中符合法定情形的4551人执行遣送出境。

　　查获毒品案件200起256人，其中万克以上案件38起，缴获各类毒品2.5吨、制毒物品135.6吨。查缴各类枪支265支，查缉走私物品案值1.1亿元。
