　　新华社成都4月26日电(记者朱超、董小红)国家副主席韩正26日在四川成都出席2024年成都世界园艺博览会开幕式并致辞。

　　韩正表示，五年前，习近平主席在北京世界园艺博览会上的重要讲话中指出，中国愿同各国一道，共同建设美丽地球家园，共同构建人类命运共同体，得到了世界各国的积极响应。在习近平生态文明思想指引下，中国政府持续推动绿色发展，让人民享有蓝天白云、绿水青山、鸟语花香，为全球贡献了约四分之一的新增绿化面积，为促进人类社会可持续发展作出了积极贡献。

　　韩正强调，当今世界仍面临气候变化、生物多样性保护等全球性环境问题，实现联合国2030年可持续发展目标任重道远。各国应当携起手来、并肩同行，共同推进人与自然和谐共生的现代化。

　　韩正提出三点倡议。一是同筑生态文明之基。要把生态环境作为人类生存和发展的根基，尊重、顺应、保护自然，引导全世界共建生态文明。二是同商治理应对之策。要秉持共商共建共享的全球治理观，共同完善环境治理体系，探索形成可持续发展的解决方案，推动全球生态治理取得更多务实成果。三是同绘地球家园之美。作为世界上最大的发展中国家，中国将积极承担与发展水平和能力相适应的国际责任，同各方加强生态文明对话，就生物多样性、气候变化等领域开展广泛合作。

　　本次博览会以“公园城市、美好人居”为主题，来自54个国家和地区的各界代表约1000人出席开幕式。

　　开幕式前，韩正巡视了博览会园区，听取情况汇报并与出席活动的中、外方主要嘉宾集体合影。
