中新网重庆4月24日电 (梁钦卿)2019年至2023年，重庆法院新收各类知识产权案件111690件，审结111344件，结收比99.7%。民事案件诉源治理成效明显，新收案件数平均每年下降11%。案件专业化特点突出，新技术新业态案件增多。
重庆市高级人民法院党组成员、副院长孙海龙24日透露上述内容。当天，重庆市高级人民法院、四川省高级人民法院通过视频连线联合召开新闻发布会，发布2019年至2023年川渝知识产权司法保护状况白皮书。此次发布会是川渝两地高院建立川渝知识产权司法协作机制以来第五次联合发布，也是首次集中展现五年工作成绩。
孙海龙表示，五年来，重庆法院在知识产权专业化审判有新成效，审结OPPO公司诉诺基亚公司5G标准必要专利许可费案、腾讯与抖音短视频系列侵权案等一批案件，并促成当事人达成一揽子和解；妥善审理砂糖橘“中柑所5号”、玉米“彩甜糯6号”等植物新品种案，全力保障科技创新；审结“浪胃仙”直播账号权益案，规制流量拦截、刷单等新型不正当竞争行为。
同时，重庆高院与四川高院建立川渝知识产权司法协作机制，服务保障成渝地区双城经济圈建设；着力构建“1+1+2+N”专业化知识产权审判组织体系，先后在西部(重庆)科学城、璧山、万州等地设立9个巡回审判站，为企业送法上门；依托5G“车载便民法庭”“云上共享法庭”以及“全渝数智法院”优势，实现科技赋能。
重庆法院还聘请18名技术调查官，与国家知识产权局专利局专利审查协作四川中心合作建立专家库，构建“技术调查官+技术咨询专家+技术鉴定人员+专家辅助人+专家陪审员”五位一体的技术事实查明机制；依托“人民法院老马工作室”“代表委员联络站”完善多元纠纷解决体系，以非诉方式化解知识产权纠纷2.5万余件。
此外，重庆法院组建专利、商标、版权、合同、反垄断与反不正当竞争五个专业审判调研小组，打造过硬专业化审判队伍，持续产出多项审判、调研成果。
发布会上，川渝两地高院还分别发布了两地法院知识产权司法保护年度典型案例。(完)
