　　会上有记者问：国家移民局出入境管理局支持福建建设两岸融合发展示范区十项出入境政策措施实施已过百日，台胞在福建持用台胞证可在交通、金融、电信等方面享受诸多便利。请发言人介绍这方面的进展情况。

　　朱凤莲表示，国家移民局加快推进台胞证便利化应用工作，着力将福建打造为“台胞证便利化应用示范区”。支持福建建设两岸融合发展示范区十项出入境政策措施实施以来，已取得阶段性成效，在促进闽台人员往来，便利台胞在闽居住生活等方面取得了积极成果。

　　一是闽台往来人数大幅提升。今年以来，台胞在福建办理五年期台胞证的人数9万人次，同比增长56.4%；办理一次性台胞证的人数1.1万人次，同比增长2倍；自福建口岸入境的台胞达23万人次，同比增长2.6倍；5.4万人次来闽台胞享受便捷通关服务，4400余艘往来闽台船舶享受7×24小时全天候通关服务。

　　二是台胞在闽生活发展更加便利。目前台胞在闽持用台胞证可享有交通、金融、电信等16个领域242项服务便利。今年以来，国家移民管理局出入境证件身份认证服务平台已经为66.4万人次在闽台胞提供免费实时身份核验服务，便利台胞在闽办理政务、公共服务和互联网应用事项。

　　三是出入境服务更加优质高效。福建省公安出入境服务窗口全部设立“台胞台企专窗”，为台胞台企办理出入境证件、定居落户、政策咨询等业务，并在10个台商台企协会设立台胞服务站点。国家移民管理机构12367服务平台全天候为台胞台企服务，并提供闽南语话务服务，今年以来已经提供涉台电话咨询服务3.6万人次，及时回应解决台胞在出入境领域的所需所盼。

　　朱凤莲表示，国台办将继续会同有关部门进一步拓展台胞证的应用领域和服务范围，让台胞享受到更好服务和更多便利。
