　　广西地处中国南疆，毗邻广东，遥望港澳，是粤港澳大湾区向内陆纵深发展的重要通道。近年来，广西重点推进联通桂粤重大交通项目建设，大力打通交通梗阻，持续优化对接粤港澳大湾区的交通网络，形成以铁路和公路为主、空运和水运为支撑的全方位、立体化交通通道。

　　深化“两湾”联动 打造水路运输大通道

　　3月11日，84标箱卷钢货物在钦州港码头完成装船，通过“两湾快航”发运至广东地区。“两湾快航”以广东南沙港和广西钦州港为枢纽中心，是串联粤港澳大湾区与北部湾便捷高效的海上物流通道，更是“两湾”联动的生动缩影。

　　近年来，桂粤两地深化港口业务合作，北部湾港与广州港联合打造“两湾快航”航线，升级原香港班轮航线，进一步深化北部湾港与粤港澳大湾区间航运合作，在运力支撑、货源保障等方面开展资源共享，共同开拓市场，优化航线服务，有效弥补供应链运输薄弱环节，降低“两湾”客户综合物流成本，提升物流供应链效率。目前，北部湾港与广东港口共有28条航线共同挂靠，其中外贸17条，内贸11条。2023年，北部湾港与广东港口完成集装箱吞吐量53.5万标箱。

　　水路交通是广西联通粤港澳大湾区的重要通道之一。近年来，广西在全国率先探索内河船闸统一管理模式，将西江流域12个梯级19座不同业主船闸纳入联合调度系统。同时，加快建设“一纵一横、六干三支”骨干航道网，全面提级西江航运干线，加快推进西江航运干线南宁(牛湾)至贵港3000吨级等航道工程建设，大幅度提高通航能力，努力构建对接粤港澳大湾区水运网络。建成贵港至梧州3000吨级航道工程等一批航道工程，西江航运干线贵港以下全线可通航3000吨级船舶；建成西津水利枢纽二线船闸、红花水利枢纽二线船闸等项目，西江航运干线3000吨级船闸全线贯通，“干支衔接”内河高等级航道网络基本建成。

　　未来，广西交通运输厅将继续高标准高质量建设西部陆海新通道(平陆)运河，力争早日开工建设南宁(牛湾)至贵港3000吨级航道工程，进一步完善干支衔接、畅通高效的西江黄金水道网络，全力打造支撑粤港澳大湾区的水路运输大通道。

　　深化粤桂联动 畅通陆路骨干大通道

　　南广高铁、贵广高铁2014年开通运营，广西与珠三角地区实现高铁直通。十年来，高铁不仅成为不少在外务工人员返乡的首选，也加强了广西与粤港澳大湾区的交流合作。

　　近年来，广西、广东两省区规划建设铁路通道12条，目前已建成4条，在建2条，规划6条。今年，广西交通运输厅将加快推进南宁至深圳高铁全段建设，力争开工建设合浦至湛江铁路，全力推进两广间货运铁路建设。未来，合湛高铁、南深高铁、南广高铁、贵广高铁等将一起形成广西通往粤港澳大湾区的从南至北4条快速通道；同时不断畅通两广间货运铁路大能力运输通道，促进广西与粤港澳大湾区之间的要素流动、技术转移与产业合作。

　　公路方面，广西交通运输厅将推动桂粤省际高速公路建设，扩大通道网络衔接覆盖范围，有效提升通行效率。规划建设15条对粤高速公路，目前已建成8条，在建5条，规划2条，2024年将再新建成2条高速公路并投入使用，省际互联互通水平加快提升，带动沿线工业、农业、旅游业等全面发展。

　　统筹航线布局 加快构建空中运输通道

　　近年来，广西逐步打造以南宁机场为重点，其他机场为支撑的承接国内、面向东盟的区域性国际航空枢纽，不断提升广西与大湾区、东盟国家的互联互通水平。目前，全区共有民用运输机场8个，初步形成“两干六支”民用机场体系。

　　此外，广西不断加密航线布局，增加与粤港澳大湾区的联通渠道。广西稳定开行南宁—深圳、南宁—香港、桂林—揭阳、北海—广州等区内机场飞往大湾区的航线航班，进一步丰富广西与粤港澳大湾区航线网络。目前，广西区内机场至粤港澳大湾区共计15条在飞客运航线。

　　下一步，广西交通运输厅还将继续优化航线网络布局，持续提升区内机场通达能力。客运航线方面，以南宁机场为核心，逐步拓展粤港澳大湾区客运航线，新增香港、澳门等地直飞航线，争取区内更多支线机场开通广东航线；货运航线方面，持续拓展“双扇形”货运航线网络，深度连接广西与东盟及粤港澳大湾区城市，构建南宁至东盟的“四小时航空物流圈”。
