　　中新网4月19日电 据眉山市纪委监委消息，日前，经眉山市委批准，眉山市纪委监委对眉山市东坡区委原常委、区总工会原主席邹和良严重违纪违法问题进行了立案审查调查。

　　经查，邹和良理想信念丧失，纪法意识淡薄，对党不忠诚不老实，指使他人签订虚假借款协议，对抗组织审查；对中央八项规定精神置若罔闻，违规收受礼品、礼金、消费卡；不履行全面从严治党主体责任，严重破坏任职单位政治生态；滥权妄为，擅自增加补偿款，造成国有资产损失；损公肥私，把国家财产当做“私人钱包”，肆意侵吞国有资产；贪欲膨胀，将公权力沦为谋取个人私利的工具，为他人在征地拆迁、工程项目承揽等方面谋取利益，采取“蚂蚁搬家”方式收受财物，数额巨大；胆大妄为，以单位名义私分国有资产。

　　邹和良严重违反党的纪律，构成严重职务违法并涉嫌贪污、受贿、私分国有资产犯罪，且在党的十八大后不收敛、不收手，性质严重，影响恶劣，应予严肃处理。依据《中国共产党纪律处分条例》《中华人民共和国监察法》《中华人民共和国公职人员政务处分法》等有关规定，经眉山市纪委常委会会议研究并报眉山市委批准，决定给予邹和良开除党籍处分；由眉山市监委给予其开除公职处分；终止其眉山市东坡区第六次党代会代表资格；收缴其违纪违法所得；将其涉嫌犯罪问题移送检察机关依法审查起诉，所涉财物一并移送。
