　　中新社北京4月19日电(记者 张素)中国最高人民检察院19日通报国家开发银行原党委委员、副行长王用生涉嫌受贿一案进展。经最高检指定，吉林省吉林市人民检察院近日已向吉林市中级人民法院提起公诉。

　　检察机关起诉指控称，被告人王用生利用担任国家开发银行辽宁省分行党委书记、行长，国家开发银行党委委员、副行长等职务上的便利以及利用本人职权或者地位形成的便利条件，为他人在贷款融资、债券申购、人事安排等事项上提供帮助，非法收受他人财物，数额特别巨大，依法应当以受贿罪追究其刑事责任。

　　公开资料显示，王用生出生于1958年，长期在金融机构任职。他于2018年4月卸任，2023年7月官宣被查。

　　今年1月，官方通报王用生被开除党籍。他被指贪欲膨胀，纪法底线失守，大搞权钱交易，通过投资入股等隐蔽手段大肆接受利益输送，利用职务便利为他人在贷款融资、债券申购等方面谋利，并非法收受巨额财物。

　　王用生还被指“对中央八项规定精神置若罔闻，顶风违纪”“大肆干预、插手金融机构职工录用工作”“违规拥有非上市公司股份”等。

　　国家开发银行官网显示，该行成立于1994年，是支持中国经济重点领域和薄弱环节发展、具有独立法人地位的国有开发性金融机构。

　　中共十八大以来，国家开发银行先后有多名干部涉腐被查。中央纪委国家监委驻国家开发银行纪检监察组此前指出，腐败案件具有涉案人员职级高、腐败时间久、系列案件多、信贷基建领域多发、“50后”“60后”为主兼有年轻化趋势、风腐一体问题严重、新型隐性腐败突出等七大典型特征。(完)
