　　中新网4月18日电 据甘肃省陇南市中级人民法院官方微信消息，2024年4月18日，甘肃省陇南市中级人民法院一审公开宣判甘肃省庆阳市原副市长吴丽华受贿、巨额财产来源不明案， 以被告人吴丽华犯受贿罪、巨额财产来源不明罪，判处有期徒刑十四年，并处罚金人民币一百万元，对查扣在案的赃款赃物，依法没收，上缴国库。

　　经审理查明，2010年至2023年，被告人吴丽华利用担任环县县长、正宁县委书记、庆阳市副市长的职务便利，为他人在企业经营、工程承揽、项目结算等方面提供帮助，先后多次收受33人财物共计3376.08万元。被告人吴丽华的财产、支出明显超过合法收入，其对1303.77万元不能说明来源。

　　陇南市中级人民法院认为，被告人吴丽华身为国家工作人员，利用职务便利，接受他人请托，为他人谋取利益或承诺为他人谋取利益，非法收受财物，数额特别巨大，其行为构成受贿罪；被告人吴丽华的财产、支出明显超过合法收入，不能说明来源，差额特别巨大，其行为构成巨额财产来源不明罪。鉴于被告人吴丽华到案后如实供述自己的罪行，具有坦白情节，认罪悔罪，积极退赃，依法对其从轻处罚。法庭遂作出上述判决。
