中新网北京4月23日电 (记者 马帅莎)对于中国未来的核能国际合作计划，中国国家原子能机构副主任刘敬近日在北京表示，中国将坚定维护国际核不扩散体系，积极推进和平利用核能安全与发展合作。
4月15日至19日，国际原子能机构核电厂运行安全国际大会在北京举行。刘敬在大会期间接受媒体采访。
刘敬介绍了中国的核能国际合作成果。他提到，在合作共享核能发展红利方面，中国发挥核工业全产业链优势，为共建“一带一路”国家和平利用核能发展、增进民生福祉作出了积极贡献。
刘敬举例称，中国在巴基斯坦建成6台核电机组，其中包括2台“华龙一号”三代核电机组，为巴基斯坦社会民生和经济发展作出积极贡献。中国与哈萨克斯坦合资建成乌里宾核燃料组件厂，成为共建“一带一路”倡议与哈“光明之路”新经济政策对接的标志性合作项目。中国在非洲纳米比亚投资建设的湖山、罗辛两大铀矿产能稳步提升，被誉为纳米比亚“国家名片”，为当地社会民生和经济可持续发展注入强劲动能。此外，中国政府原子能奖学金项目已累计为26个共建“一带一路”国家培养了近200名核相关专业硕博士研究生。
为推进核领域国际合作，刘敬表示，国家原子能机构将坚持核科技高水平自强自立和高水平开放合作双轮驱动、同向发力。通过开放合作、协同创新，不断提升核能安全性、经济性、先进性，早日攻克放射性废物处理处置、可控核聚变等世界性难题，为全球核能科技创新和可持续发展赋能增效。
他强调，要落实全球安全倡议，深度参与核领域全球治理体系建设和改革。坚定维护国际核不扩散体系，推进核安全国际交流合作，支持发展中国家核安全人才培养和能力建设，维护核产业供应链安全，持续推动建立公平、合作、共赢的国际核安全体系，构建核安全命运共同体。
刘敬指出，要落实全球发展倡议，以构建人类命运共同体为引领，发挥中国核科技优势，主动搭建合作平台，推出更多“小而美”“惠民生”的核技术应用示范合作项目，与有需要的发展中国家共享核能发展成果，并发挥核科技优势，共同应对气候变化、绿色发展、粮食安全、卫生健康、环境治理等挑战，实现联合国2030年可持续发展目标。(完)
