　　近日，自然资源部等七部门联合印发《关于进一步加强绿色矿山建设的通知》(以下简称《通知》)，要求加快矿业绿色低碳转型发展，强化绿色矿山名录动态管理，健全绿色矿山行业标准体系，全面推进绿色矿山建设。

　　透过数据看实力，“十三五”以来，我国加快矿业转型与绿色发展，基本形成绿色矿山建设新格局。自然资源部相关负责人介绍，截至目前，已建成国家级绿色矿山1000余家，省级以下绿色矿山3000余家。

　　绿色矿山建设离不开科技创新与研发应用，人工智能技术赋能智慧矿业发展。《通知》指出，要鼓励矿山企业采用先进适用技术，加强绿色低碳技术工艺装备升级改造，采用信息化技术，推动智能化、绿色化发展。

　　在内蒙古锡林郭勒，7辆220吨级无人驾驶卡车24小时不间断穿梭在某露天矿场的生产现场，安全平稳地进行着剥离运输作业，连续运行时长累计突破360天，综合平均效率达到有人驾驶效率90%，创造矿场无人驾驶连续、安全、稳定运行记录。据了解，目前锡林郭勒盟在运无人驾驶大型矿用卡车超100辆，实现在产大中型煤矿全覆盖，累计减少高危岗位作业人员280人，“少人巡视、无人操作”智能采煤系统逐渐普及。

　　人工智能技术让矿场作业的“科技”代替“人工”，而大数据、5G通讯技术则助力绿色矿山建设的数字化、智慧化转型。在湖北，“5G井下融合组网+5G智慧喇叭系统建设”为矿场的安全高效生产提供了有力保障。通过5G通讯、物联网、北斗高精定位、移动云数据中心以及智慧中台等创新技术，这一系统可实现井下巷道各区域的无线覆盖，实现“井上看清井下，井上控制井下”的智能车间化生产。

　　“当前，智能化是保障矿产资源可持续开发、实现矿业企业转型升级和高质量发展的必由之路。”中国工程院院士、北京科技大学教授蔡美峰表示，人工智能是新一轮科技革命和产业革命的重要驱动力量，要实现采矿安全高效最大化，就需要加速智能化采矿技术的研究、推广、应用，尽早实现大型自动化设备的国产化，实现我国采矿业的“弯道超车”。

　　绿水青山就是金山银山，各地因地制宜，出台绿色矿山相关政策文件，强化绿色矿山建设工作的监督考核。河南率先发布实施了铁矿、锰矿、金矿等7个行业绿色矿山建设省级地方标准，持续完善绿色矿山评价体系和名录库出、入库机制；辽宁开展全省绿色矿山建设三年行动，针对辽宁特色矿产“菱镁矿”出台单矿种省级绿色矿山建设规范；宁夏出台煤矿、水泥灰岩矿、砂石土矿、非金属矿等4项地方绿色矿山建设标准，构建“能进能出”的绿色矿山名录管理机制。

　　“各地矿产资源禀赋不同，矿山企业技术装备不同、技术力量不同。因此，深化地区之间的交流合作，促进优势互补，是实现矿业与地方经济发展的共赢之道。”中国工程院院士、绿色矿山推进会名誉会长武强表示，要充分利用好矿业回暖，新时代矿业产业结构调整的时机，瞄准矿业发展的新任务和新要求，不断激发矿业发展的新动能。
