　　搭载神舟十八号载人飞船的长征二号F遥十八运载火箭25日晚在酒泉卫星发射中心点火发射。记者从中国科学院空间应用工程与技术中心获悉，空间应用系统此次向空间站送去4项科学实验，样品及装置总重量约35公斤，航天员将利用拟南芥种子、斑马鱼、金鱼藻、润滑材料等实验样品开展太空实验与验证。

　　太空养鱼：培养脊椎动物的突破

　　“空间先进水生生保系统关键技术研究”项目将在轨搭建一个由斑马鱼和金鱼藻组成的小型水生生态系统，研究空间环境对鱼类生长发育、生态系统运行与物质循环的影响。该项目将成功构建鱼类的空间水生生态系统，实现中国在太空培养脊椎动物的突破；解析空间环境对脊椎动物生长发育与行为的影响，为空间密闭生态系统物质循环研究提供理论支撑。

　　专家表示，水生生态系统具有生物适应性好、控制简单、运行稳定等特点，是近年来受控生命生态系统研究的重要内容。

　　受控生命生态系统被认为是人类进行长期空间飞行和地外居留必需的生命支持系统。该系统可以长期低能耗可控运行，兼具可循环等特点，一直是空间生物学研究的热点和重点。

　　培育拟南芥：探究植物干细胞微重力影响

　　“微重力环境调控植物干细胞功能和结构的分子网络研究”项目将以拟南芥的植物茎尖干细胞为研究对象，解析植物在空间微重力环境中干细胞形态功能与基因表达的变化，为定向设计适应太空环境的空间作物提供理论支撑。

　　据了解，该项目上行了100余粒拟南芥种子，将在空间站进行为期4周左右的培育生长，后由航天员进行植株采集，并在零下80摄氏度冷冻固定，最后随神舟飞船返回，交付科学家开展地面研究。

　　“蛋白与核酸共起源及密码子起源的分子进化研究”将从分子水平上探究基本生化反应对微重力环境的响应特点，为生命的化学起源中蛋白核酸共起源理论体系提供重要科学依据。

　　专家指出，关于生命起源存在诸多问题，比如生命的“合成砌块”是如何由简单到复杂，逐步组装成具有基本功能的生物大分子。解答这些问题不可能回到几十亿年前寻找答案，只能模拟原始地球环境或基于太空特殊环境，通过有机化合物亘古不变的化学性质、物质之间的相互转化规律，来有效揭示生命本质，发现生命演化的重要线索。

　　“空间用固液复合润滑材料的设计、界面作用机理及舱外验证”项目设计开发了新的润滑材料，期望在严苛的空间环境中实现机械运动的“超润滑”或近零磨损，在科学上揭示润滑材料在真实空间环境中的润滑演变过程和损伤机制，同时，筛选和储备未来空间润滑材料，为实现空间超润滑和近零磨损材料体系的设计与应用提供支撑。
