中国知识产权保护喜获佳绩
记者从4月24日举行的国务院新闻办公室新闻发布会上获悉，中国知识产权创造量质提升，知识产权保护力度持续加强，知识产权保护社会满意度再创新高。
据国家知识产权局介绍，2023年，中国授权发明专利92.1万件，核准注册商标438.3万件，登记集成电路布图设计1.1万件。根据世界知识产权组织发布的《2023年全球创新指数报告》，中国拥有的全球百强科技集群数量达到24个，首次跃居全球第一。
与此同时，中国知识产权保护力度不断加强。2023年，中国查办专利商标违法案件4.4万件，办理专利侵权纠纷行政案件6.8万件，查办版权侵权盗版案件4745件，知识产权保护社会满意度提升至82.04分，再创新高。
据介绍，中国正在加快制定出台知识产权保护体系建设工程实施方案，将聚焦知识产权保护方面的短板弱项，从政策标准、授权确权、执法司法、保护管理、社会共治、安全治理、能力支撑等7方面提出一系列有力措施，进一步加强知识产权保护。
国家市场监管总局相关负责人介绍，今年4月16日，市场监管总局印发了《“守护知识产权”专项执法行动实施方案(2024—2025年)》，在全国开展为期两年的专项行动，将进一步加大知识产权执法力度。中宣部版权管理局负责人表示，将支持各级执法部门开展版权执法工作，持续开展“剑网行动”、青少年版权保护季、打击院线电影盗录传播等专项行动，突出大案要案查处和重点行业治理，不断优化版权保护环境。

山西一季度煤层气产量占全国同期八成以上
4月24日，记者从山西省能源局获悉，今年前3个月，山西省煤层气总产量达30.7亿立方米，同比增加11.8%，约占全国同期产量的80.8%。煤层气，俗称“瓦斯”。它是煤炭开采中危险的“杀手”，同时也是热值高于通用煤1至4倍、燃烧几乎不产生任何废气、世界各国争相开发利用的清洁能源和战略资源。山西是我国煤层气资源富集程度高、开发潜力大的省份。《山西省煤层气资源勘查开发规划(2021—2025年)》显示，山西省埋深2000米以浅的煤层气预测资源量约8.31万亿立方米，占全国近三分之一。
一季度非化石能源发电新增装机占比超九成
记者从中国电力企业联合会获悉，今年一季度，全国新增发电装机容量6943万千瓦。其中，新增非化石能源发电装机容量6376万千瓦，占新增发电装机总容量的比重为91.8%。电力装机延续绿色低碳发展趋势。
我国重大电力工程建设再传捷报
近日，我国首个“沙戈荒”风电基地外送电特高压工程——“宁电入湘”线路工程宁夏段正式开始导线架线施工，这标志着“宁电入湘”工程进入新阶段。
宁夏至湖南±800千伏特高压直流输电工程宁夏段4月23日在中宁县徐套乡上流水村开始导线架线施工，施工人员在50余米的高空进行紧线及附件安装工作。此前电力工人采用12台不同类型的张力机和牵引机同步将6根导线展放至铁塔上，此次架线工作将同时跨越黄河至白银750千伏Ⅱ回线路、110千伏宁兴线、330千伏白安线三条输电线路。
“宁电入湘”线路工程宁夏段全长258公里，新建铁塔495基，其中68%途经沙漠、戈壁、荒漠，且线路交叉跨越多。今年8月至11月期间，他们还将实施跨越黄河，跨越铁路、高速公路以及不同电压等级输电线路的施工。工程计划于2025年建成投运，投运后年输送电量360亿度至400亿度，相当于湖南省人均每年可获得约600度的宁夏电能。
