　　记者从发布会上获悉，2016年、2021年两次获评“全国民族团结进步示范市”，涌现出河坝林社区等一批汉族、藏族、回族等多民族和谐共居的模范典型。65年来，拉萨地区经济社会实现跨越发展，生产总值从1959年的0.41亿元(人民币，下同)增长到2023年的834.79亿元，年均增长11.1%。文化旅游产业的支柱地位进一步凸显，半程马拉松、跨喜马拉雅自行车挑战赛等精品赛事知名度不断提升。如今的拉萨，高原经济高质量发展的“首位度”作用更加凸显，西藏核心经济增长极引领带动效应更加突出。

　　65年来，拉萨农村居民人均可支配收入从1959年的57元增加到2023年的25010元、增长了438倍，城镇居民人均可支配收入从1959年的220元增加到2023年的54835元、增长了249倍。通过不断完善基础设施，全市公路通车里程达到7130.5公里，建成供水工程1864处，农村饮水安全人口普及率达到100%，实现了从水桶到水管、从油灯到电灯、从土路到油路、从毡房到瓦房的历史巨变。

　　拉萨市教育局党组副书记、局长，二级巡视员普琼表示，旧西藏拉萨地区人口中95%以上是文盲和半文盲，人口识字率不到2%。“西藏和平解放后，我们坚持教育优先发展，全市有各级各类学校377所，学前三年毛入园率98.73%，九年义务教育巩固率99.46%，高中阶段毛入学率97.26%，均达到或超过全国平均水平。瞄准西部民族地区教育高地这一目标，从体系建设和谋划落实两方面持续发力，不断推进拉萨教育高质量发展。”普琼说。

　　拉萨市卫健委党组书记、副主任陈礼表示，65年来，全市人群三大主要健康指标显著提升，其中妇幼两项指标控制工作始终走在全区前列，全市人均期望寿命提高到72.5岁。拉萨市基本公共卫生服务经费由2016年的人均55元提高到2023年的110元，高于全国平均水平；率先在全区开展城乡居民免费健康体检和建档案工作，建档率达到100%，2023年体检率为83.2%。2016年，拉萨市被确定为西藏自治区唯一一个国家分级诊疗试点城市，被国务院确定为第四批城市公立医院综合改革国家试点市。(完)
