  神舟十八号载人飞船25日成功发射。扬“帆”宇宙,让航天员有热饭热菜吃,神舟飞船的电源系统(简称:电源)发展已历经“三部曲”。

  20多年持续探索

  回顾神舟飞船的历史,从1999年“神舟一号”飞天开始,20多年来,电源伴随中国载人航天工程各个阶段的任务需要而成长。

  在中国载人航天工程的第一个阶段,从“神舟一号”到“神舟七号”的电源经历了一段从零起步、从无到有的过程。

  在吸收海内外研制经验及教训的基础上,神舟飞船电源研制团队经过多轮论证和攻关,确定了多种电源(包括硅太阳能电池、镉镍蓄电池和锌银电池)联合供电的飞船电源系统模式,整船供电能力大于1200瓦,相关探索填补了当时中国空间电源发展的多项空白。

  接下来的几艘飞船,电源研制团队又相继攻克了“不同类型的电源并网”“满足扩大发射窗口的需求”等难题,实现了让神舟飞船“上得去”“回得来”的目标。

  让航天员在太空吃上热饭热菜

  自“神舟八号”开始,飞船的电源在此前基础上经历了一次大的升级。供电结构由两机组升级为三机组,采用了升级版的三结砷化镓太阳电池、镉镍蓄电池和锌银电池,可满足整船大于1800瓦的负载需求。

  也正是从这时候开始,电源升级后的飞船“携手”发电能力比飞船更强的天宫一号目标飞行器和天宫二号空间实验室,让航天员在太空随时吃上热饭热菜。

  接棒“十七朝元老”

  2020年开始,中国空间站(简称:空间站)建造大幕拉开。“神舟十二号”到“神舟十五号”的电源进一步提升了适应不同环境的能力,可以适应空间站“一字构型”“L字构型”“T字构型”多种状态下的复杂遮挡情况,与空间站展开并网供电。

  “无论是径向停靠、前向停靠,还是惯性飞行、对地飞行,电源表现‘稳健’。”中国航天科技集团八院技术专家钟丹华说。

  进入空间站应用与发展阶段,神舟飞船开始组批生产。“神舟十六号”和“神舟十七号”的电源相继对太阳电池翼驱动系统、驱动机构进行了升级,确保电源的“健壮”。

  镉镍蓄电池已护航17次神舟飞天之路。此次“神舟十八号”的主电源中,锂离子蓄电池接棒了“十七朝元老”镉镍蓄电池,锌银电池也再次进行了“延寿”。

  “锌银电池的使用寿命增加了20%,可以支撑神舟飞船在轨更长时间的停靠任务。”钟丹华说。(完)
