　　中新社北京4月18日电(记者 郭超凯)中国国家移民管理局18日召开例行新闻发布会，中国国家移民管理局新闻发言人、政策法规司司长林勇胜在会上表示，今年以来，自福建省口岸入境的台胞达23万人次，同比增长2.6倍，“首来族”台胞占比大幅提升。

　　中华人民共和国出入境管理局支持福建建设两岸融合发展示范区十项出入境政策措施已于今年1月1日正式实施。林勇胜表示，“十项措施”实施以来，台胞申办出入境证件和来闽人数大幅上升，“两岸一家亲、闽台亲上亲”的氛围更加浓厚，两岸各领域融合发展进一步提速。

　　“闽台人员往来更加密切。”林勇胜说，台胞证“网上办”“口岸办”“集中办”等措施实施后，台胞办理出入境证件渠道更加丰富，方式更加便捷。今年以来，福建省公安机关出入境管理部门已签发五年期台胞证9万人次，同比增长56.4%；签发一次性台胞证1.1万人次，同比增长2倍；自福建省口岸入境的台胞达23万人次，同比增长2.6倍，“首来族”台胞占比大幅提升。其中，有5.4万人次来闽台胞享受便捷通关服务，4400余艘往来闽台船舶享受7×24小时全天候通关服务。

　　林勇胜表示，台胞在闽生活更加舒心。中华人民共和国出入境管理局指导福建省打造台胞证便利化应用示范区已取得初步成效，目前台胞在闽持用台胞证可享有交通、金融、电信等16个领域242项服务便利，今年以来已有66万人次台胞享受免费实时身份核验服务，便捷办理政务、公共服务和互联网应用事项。“十项措施”实施后，申请在闽定居的台胞人数不断增加，台胞在闽长期生活发展意愿持续提升。

　　林勇胜指出，台胞台企办事更加便捷。福建全省公安出入境服务窗口全部设立“台胞台企专窗”，并在10个台商台企协会设立台胞服务站点。今年以来国家移民管理机构12367服务平台接处台胞台企相关咨询3.6万人次，提供的闽南语话务服务受到台胞欢迎。(完)
