　　一是加强统筹部署。2023年，印发《市场监管总局关于新时代加强知识产权执法的意见》，进一步强化知识产权执法体系建设。同时，将打击假冒知名品牌及“傍名人”“搭便车”行为纳入民生领域案件查办“铁拳”行动，发挥“铁拳”行动综合协调、牵引拉动、高效协同的优势，持续加大知识产权执法力度。

　　二是加强案件查办。2023年，全国市场监管部门共查办商标专利领域违法案件4.41万件，涉案货值8.39亿元，向司法机关移送涉嫌犯罪案件1376件。各地市场监管部门查办了一批有影响力的大案要案，例如：江苏省邳州市市场监管局查处陈某等人生产销售侵犯注册商标专用权网络器材系列案件，涉案人员分布全国多个省份，涉案金额6千余万元；广东省揭阳市市场监管局查处王某某生产销售侵犯劳力士、雷达注册商标专用权的手表案，涉案金额1.17亿元。目前，这两起案件已移送司法机关处理。总局组织开展侵权假冒物品全国统一销毁活动，22个省(区、市)同步销毁侵权假冒伪劣商品200多个品种、重量4734.2吨、货值达8.3亿元。

　　三是加强协同联动。发挥打击侵权假冒统筹协调作用，加强与知识产权等行政部门和司法机关的协作配合，推进知识产权日常监管与执法工作的有效衔接。指导地方加强跨区域协作和上下级联动，与地方建立局地执法协同联动机制，提高系统集成打击能力。

　　四是加强国际交流。依托中国国际进口博览会、中国国际服务贸易交易会等重大国际交流平台，举办打击侵权假冒论坛，积极参与知识产权保护对话与磋商，讲好知识产权执法“中国故事”，传递打击侵权假冒“中国声音”。
