  央视网消息:从2021年天和核心舱发射升空到现在,三年时间,中国空间站已展开近百项空间科学实验,取得一批重要科研成果。此次神舟十八号乘组也将在轨开展多项科学实验。

  作为国家级太空实验室,中国空间站的科学研究设施主要包括密封舱内的14个科学实验柜、舱外暴露实验平台等,支持在轨滚动实施空间天文、空间生命科学与生物技术、微重力基础物理等科学研究。

  中国科学院空间应用工程与技术中心研究员张伟称:“我们之前大概做了近一百项实验,有四十多个实验的样品已经返回,产出了一些有特色的成果。”

  本次随神舟十八进入中国空间站的实验项目包括生命生态科学实验、材料舱外暴露实验等4项科学实验项目。其中,生命生态科学实验项目把斑马鱼和金鱼藻作为研究对象,“太空养鱼”将有望在中国空间站实现。

  斑马鱼是一种非常漂亮的观赏鱼,大概3—4厘米长,体形纤细,从头到尾有多条深蓝色的纹路,如同斑马一样,所以被称为斑马鱼。这次上天的太空鱼缸里配备有4条斑马鱼,还有金鱼藻,鱼缸是密闭的,装满了水,斑马鱼需要的氧气全部由金鱼藻的光合作用产生,系统可以实现自动喂食、温度控制、光照控制等,还可以收集鱼卵,将来由航天员带回地面,供科学家进行进一步研究。

  作为一种典型的模式实验动物,斑马鱼与人类基因组有超过70%的相似性,这也是迄今为止中国空间站除了航天员以外迎来的首种脊椎动物。

  张伟称:“斑马鱼和金鱼藻形成一个小型生态,同时斑马鱼还是一个非常小的脊椎动物,我们要研究脊椎动物在太空的骨丢失,做肌肉萎缩的研究,形成一个系列化的研究。”

  据介绍,通过2023年的广泛征集,中国空间站征集到近千个科学项目,遴选出100余项,正在分批立项,预计分别通过天舟八号、九号和十号飞船上行实施。

  张伟介绍:“目前比较有意思的,我们将要上小鼠,这些小老鼠要在上面进行饲养,然后把它返回。返回以后要进行大量的研究,包括骨丢失、肌肉萎缩,包括免疫力、神经,相当于全方位对小鼠进行一些研究。通过对小鼠深入的研究,实际上对未来人在太空的长期生存非常有意义。”
